House in San Diego #1 (Lemon Grove)

Hello all,
This is newly remodeled estate home in 2021, and located in the heart of San Diego. 18 minutes to San Diego downtown, 24 minutes to Sea world, and 19 minutes to San Diego's Zoo.

Two story home located on a cul-de-sac with easy access to the 125 freeway. This home features an upstairs Main Suite, a Downstairs Main Bedroom, and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The home boasts a two car garage, with a kitchen that opens up to a large patio and spacious yard.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Absolutely No parties or events are allowed.
2. Absolutely No smoking on the premises.
3. Absolutely No drugs use on the premises.
4. Absolutely No burning candles or incense.
5. In respect to our neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 9:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00PM on weekend.

For items inside the Owner’s control, Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest’s responsibility to notify Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.

Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems cause by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.

Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming all the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

· We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance for extenuating circumstances.

· By booking this space you are agreeing to these house rules.

· Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property.

· We expect the guests to respect the neighborhood and neighbors.

· Please no smoking in the unit. If you are found to have been smoking in the unit you agree to pay an additional $250.00 cleaning fee.

Please make sure you don't violate these rules before booking. NO EXCUSE for these and you will get penalties if violated.
