"I stayed at this hotel for a night while I was seeing my customers who worked at the nearby vineyards. This hotel was located approximately two (2) miles away from the train station at Mont-de-Marsan that led directly to Bordeaux. This hotel also had a parking lot, but I did not have a car. This hotel had French television stations, heat and air conditioning, good hot water, and workable Wi-Fi. I did have to pay a tax while I stayed at this hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, but the breakfast was an additional fee. The breakfast had many types of foods, such as: breads, eggs, pastries, and fruits. This hotel was both quiet and clean, and there were areas for the people to sit outside. There was no elevator, but there were many sets of stairs. Many restaurants and stores were located close to this hotel. I speak French, so I had no issue with any communication, but I did not find any employees of this hotel who spoke English."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, and well taken care of. A perfectly suitable studio apartment. The staff was very nice too. One thing that I wasn't expecting is that it's a hotel basically inside of a senior residence, so that gives it a little different vibe than a typical hotel. That said, we had some very pleasant interactions with some of the friendly residents in the lobby. If you're bothered by the sound of military planes, this one isn't for you, but surely most people who book here are aware of the base or specifically looking for something nearby. If you're looking for something in the area it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again."

"Check-in réalisé par une conciergerie RAS rapide et efficace.Check-out réalisé par le propriètaire a l'heure demandée.Comme indiqué attention aux attaches du volet de piscine toutes cassées. Manque de fourchettes 7 pour une location 8 personnes.Et malheureusement, nous avons subi une petite fuite dans une chambre suite a un bel orage rien de méchant.Piscine bien chauffée avec un grand jardin et une maison au calme.1 ou 2 planches de la terrase bois a changer."

"Great value, clean and easy access facilities, friendly and professional staff, check in and out was fast and with out surprise, the restaurant is next to the pool and offers a good menu with great prices, I will definitely go back to this hotel again. Clean, Quiet, Friendly, Service, Value. 8/10"

"On arrival the parking was easy and plentiful, and the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean, bright and comfortable and perfectly adequate for our one night stay or even longer. Breakfast was good but was disappointed there were no boiled eggs, and also disappointed there was no restaurant open in the evening, which meant we had to find a restaurant after a long drive"
