House in the hills with vineyard in Salina

House located in the heart of the island of Salina, in a green valley between the two mountains, not far from the sea. Quiet and silent area, cool even in summer.

The house has two bedrooms plus a dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Also has a large terrace with panoramic views of mountains and sea. All around the house there is a large garden with vineyards and fruit trees, available to guests. Private parking available. Guests can visit the cellar. The house is accessed via a comfortable staircase.

The beds are divided into a double bed, two single beds and a comfortable double sofa bed. The area is served by public buses quite frequent during the day. Garden with fruit trees (figs, peaches, citrus fruits, plums, grapes, etc) freely available. Large sunny terrace.

My family will be present in another house nearby, and will be available for your every need.

The house is located in the center of the island, Valdichiesa, on a hill about 300 m above sea level, 5 km from the beaches of Rinella and Malfa. Around the house there is a large vineyard of Malvasia grapes, and guests will want to taste the wines produced on the farm.

Near the house there are several paths that go up on the two mountains of the island, Monte Fossa delle Felci and Monte dei Porri, rich in chestnut trees, strawberry trees, heather and other Mediterranean plants. Near the house there is a bus stop. The frequent bus service covers the whole island.
