I general, the day shift staff are more knowledgeable than the afternoon staff. They are more joyous to deal with and helpful. When we arrived, I asked if there is baggage transfer to our next stop the immediate reply was negative. My wife feet was swollen so I have to find a way to have our bags transferred. This morning I asked the reception about the transfer and he said YES they do it. But efforts has been wasted if the reception knows the answer in the first place. We all know how a Camino hiker looks like so there should be no mistake

Es un hotel bien situado, muy cerca del centro. Es un establecimiento de toda la vida y necesita renovarse. Pese a ser un hotel con solera, está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y correcto. Las camas son muy cómodas y en la habitación hacía calor mientras que en la calle había -4°C. Repetiremos si volvemos. Gracias

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Habitación bastante pequeña, ademas en el baño la mampara estaba rota, solo había 1/3 de ella, por lo que es complicado no mojar el baño al ducharte. Había mucho polvo en el suelo. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Nos gustó porque era muy cómodo ir al centro andando a escasos minutos. Personal muy amable.
