This hotel is perfectly located in the center of a picturesque and charming town, making it an ideal base to explore the area. The property itself shows a bit of age but the rooms have been beautifully renovated. Everything feels clean and well cared for, offering a very pleasant stay. Parking is available just a short walk away, which is convenient given the town’s layout. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations. A wonderful choice if you want both atmosphere and comfort.

There was not parking. We had to park at 15 minutes walk from me hotel. There was mold in the shower and hair on the floor in the room. The air conditioning did not cool the room at all.

The view to the bay is well worth it. The rooms are small The safety deposit box did not work and I asked the guy in that front desk to fix it he never came We asked the same person for pillows and he kept telling me that he was alone and he would get it done. He didn’t get those for hours. We have to go get him ourselves. That was the person during the day the person in the morning in the front desk, he was friendly The same as the staff for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was updated.

Really nice hotel with wonderful see views from the newly renovated room. Close to everything that you need in wonderful Lerici. Breakfast was ok but nothing extra at all. I highly recommend this hotel and Lerici, will definitely come back.

Room with a view!

It was great, thank you! I just wish the sauna and the massage worked while the weather was bad, that would have helped, for the rest, it was an amazing stay.

The hotel was wonderful, as was the staff. But during the heatwave of 2024, it lacked some decent air conditioning, However, you can't beat the truly amazing location, the view, the history, and the proximity to restaurants and bars as well as the ferry to Cinque Terre. Parking, on the other hand ... get there by train if you can (no fault of the hotel).

Great location, clean & comfortable

We loved this location! AC was out during our 1 night stay so it was pretty warm in our room. The balcony was shared with the next room with just a railing between so I wasn’t comfortable leaving the doors open for the night. Staff was very helpful & breakfast was nice. Stored our luggage while we took the ferry to see Cinque Terre. Hotel parking was a little confusing to find, but we found it and it wasn’t a far walk back to the hotel. Just drop your luggage off first & then park.

Great Location for the Property. IMO, the Balcony side (Ocean View) would be the only reason to stay here. We had an issue with the elevator and was forced to walk up 3 flights. Very tough for elderly. No help or alternate from staff. Just a sign on the elevator. The breakfast was not a good option. Would I stay here again, yes, but only Ocean view side and would pass on the Breakfast option. Great location, walkable, Quiet and clean

Location on the water was great. Many dining options nearby. The hotel itself could use a bit of a refresh. Our biggest issues were that the AC was not available. We were told it was to early in the season to turn it on. No beach chairs or deck available, apparently to early for that to. Not necessarily a problem if you let me know on the website that these things are seasonal. If you post it as an amenity, then it should be available.

Too Bad !

Parking is the biggest problem in that area ! Need to pay parking even it would be ok if the parking area would not be very far from hotel ( almost 1,5 km) Secondly elevator is unsafe.has very strange voice while using it and also scary The bed is also very bad , when I woke up I had back pain
