Bathed in light, the kitchen combines aesthetics and functionality. Warm materials envelop the living room in softness, and the minimalist decor enhances the feeling of space. The villa Ti-Lou offers four elegant air-conditioned bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The master suite transports you to a peaceful world with natural tones, a dreamy view, a mosquito net, and a lovely integrated shower room.

    Upstairs, three charming bedrooms welcome you in a trendy and cozy atmosphere. They open onto a balcony facing the sea. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and its own bathroom with separate WC. The other two bedrooms, one double (140x190 bed) and one twin (two 90x190 beds), share a bathroom with WC.

Property with infinity pool overlooking bay and town is simply amazing! Enjoyed the villa. Air conditioning in each room worked well, bathrooms and showers were functional, beds are comfortable but should all be minimum Queen size mattress (one of the rooms is a double... too small for a couple), kitchen was quite functional and well equipped, pool is very well taken care of... clean and sparkling water and terrace with dining table & sofas overlooking the bay is simply breath taking. Loved it! Things to consider for future... fix front door lock. Worked only on first day. Unable to lock afterwards. Not really an issue considering how safe the surroundings were plus, front gate to property lock with key. That did not stop us from going out. As for grocery shopping, a little challenging. The best place to buy everything you need is Carrefour Genipa about 25 mins away. Interesting venture going through the narrow curvy roads up and down the various slopes. You get used to it! Overall, was a very exciting and enjoyable experience!

Vue spectaculaire !

Quel bonheur d’avoir passé nos vacances de cette fabuleuse maison ! Tout notre séjour a été merveilleux, aussi bien dans les rencontres que dans la découverte de tous les beaux paysages qu’offres la Martinique. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur les différents sites touristiques, son emplacement était un bon compromis. L’agencement de la maison était parfait et son confort était optimal pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur Anse d’Arlet, dont on ne peut se lasser !
