"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small cleaning kit provided for washing up and general cleaning – a very thoughtful and useful touch. The main difficulty was finding the apartment complex and accessing the accommodation, especially when arriving later in the evening. We arrived after 7 pm and unfortunately I had not received any email with the necessary check-in instructions, access code or information about where to find the key safe. The whole complex was quite difficult to navigate and the key safe itself was not easy to locate. We were extremely lucky to meet another family who had received the instructions and helped us find everything. Without their help, I genuinely don’t think we would have been able to access our apartment that evening. Clear and reliable check-in instructions sent in advance, particularly for guests arriving after reception hours, would make a huge difference. Once inside, however, the apartment itself was very nice and clean."

"Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. You need to get sheets from arc1600 but easy in bus or 10 min walk down. Get bus back as it’s very steep. If you need groceries or dinner in eve it’s a walk and bus to act 1600. Very easy to get to slopes though- 2 min walk to the Mount Blanc slope and on way back just come off at the Mont Blanc slope near the bar. Very good value for money. "

"Just ten metres from the snow, so virtually ski in/ski out. Heated ski locker so boots nice and warm in a morning. Great staff, very friendly, all inclusive with quality drinks. Two specialty restaurants included in the stay (one visit each) but general buffet very good. Well recommended and would definitely stay here again. "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a perfect stay, with lots of snow the undercover parking was very much needed! "
