"The pool and Jacuzzi were only lukewarm which spoilt the experience. Breakfast only served until 10am but items were running out before then and not being replenished. No croissants, Crepes and bacon at 9.45 and the coffee machines not replenished. Some rooms on the resort side experience loud noise when the snow ploughs/conditioners pass during the night. overall an excellent 5* hotel though next to the free gondolas to 1950. "

"It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage.
