About this property

Beautiful apartment in a chalet, shared sauna at the foot of the slopes

  • The "Coeur des Alpes" flat is 85m2 entirely dedicated to your comfort. It's our brightest chalet, and thanks to its large picture windows, you'll be in direct communion with the mountains. From the south-west-facing terrace, you can enjoy the gentle sun setting over the snow-covered peaks.

    The chalet is at the foot of the slopes, in a pedestrian hamlet.

    The flat comprises a large living room with fireplace and a 30m2 terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one on a mezzanine) with 3 double beds and 4 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 separate WCs.

    A sauna (to be shared with the 3 other flats) is available, as well as board games, children's games, DVDs with flat screen and player, and sledges.

    A linen service (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) with beds made is available for €150. This option must be specified at the time of booking and paid for in cash on arrival.

    Dogs (maximum 2 animals) are also accepted at Chalet du Pré at a fixed price of €50/pet. This option must be specified at the time of booking and is payable in cash on arrival.

    If there are many of you, we can offer you other flats in the chalet.

De elektriciteit liet te wensen over. Er was geen licht in een deel van het appartement. Een van de radiatoren in de woonkamer werkte niet en de radiator in een van de slaapkamers lekte. Het Nespresso apparaat werkte niet. Het algehele onderhoud kan wel wat aandacht gebruiken.De ligging is goed en dichtbij de bushalte richting de piste.

Correspond au descriptif, juste pour 8 adultes. Accès facile à la station avec le Valmobus. Remarque sur le parking des voitures qui peut être compliqué en haute saison.

L’appartement Coeur des alpes était conforme au descriptif. Assez bien équipé quoique qu’il manquait un décapsuleur (celui du tire-bouchon ne fonctionne pas) et surtout un étendoir car un seul pour 4 appartements ce n’est pas top. Une nappe même une toile cirée serait sympa pour la table tres abimee de la terrasse. La terrasse est un peu dangereuse avec les planches du sol très très abîmées et une rambarde un peu branlante ! Sinon tout était très bien et joliment décoré. La cuisine est toutefois trop petite pour 8ou 9 adultes. La situation est idéale et la vue superbe ! Et mention très très bien pour l’homme très sympa et super efficace qui s’occupe du chalet : il nous a solidifié le balcon.

Séjour dans un chalet alpin classique. Il est situé dans un hameau à 2 km de la station principale de Valmorel, mais facilement joignable par la navette gratuite. De plus un téléski est utilisable à 100 ou 200 mètres du chalet. Le chalet lui-même comprend plusieurs appartements, un local à ski, un sauna ( à rénover à mon avis). L'ensemble est correct mais si l'aspect commence à être vieillot. Il manque le wifi. La télévision ne marchait pas, mais l'équipe de maintenance est intervenue rapidement pour réparer ( deux soirs de suite, en finissant par remplacer complètement l'écran TV). En résumé , un appartement correct qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances

Un parfait séjour ttes les activités étaient réunis pour l été VTT cinéma piscine randonnée .... Le chalet est super bien placé a proximité du centre de Valmorel des sentiers de randonnées des cascades ...des vaches des fermes ...tout est fait pour plaire ...il est très bien bien équipé.

L’appartement est agréable, surtout avec ses deux salles de bains et deux toilettes. Petite précision, il n’est pas situé dans la station même de Valmorel même si desservi par le Valmobus!

Idéal en Famille ou entre Amis

L'appartement "Le Cœur des Alpes" (du Chalet du Pré) est ultra fonctionnel et superbement chaleureux. Décoré avec goût, vous aurez grand plaisir à y partager de précieux moments avec vos proches, dans la pièce de vie qui est très lumineuse et offre une imprenable sur la montagne. Chacun appréciera également d'y avoir son intimité (1 salle de douche + 1 salle de bain parfaitement équipées + 2 wc) avec des chambres parfaitement agencées pour un repos bien mérité A quelques pas des pistes (vous pouvez même acheter votre forfait au départ du téléski) le chalet est vraiment idéalement situé. Pas besoin de navette, vous partez et revenez skis aux pieds. Le chalet du Pré dispose même d'une ski-room pour y entreposer vos skis et chauffer vos chaussures le soir : un bonheur ! A ce propos, je vous recommande d'aller louer vos skis chez Clarines sport (à quelques mètres de là) où les 2 jeunes hommes ont toujours le sourire et sont aux petits soins, pour un tarif imbattable. Le COEUR des ALPES nous a ravi et a fait de notre séjour un moment Unique... Nous y reviendrons l'an prochain !

Beautiful, well equipped chalet

Our large family really enjoyed our time at Chalet du Pre. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, large dining and sitting spaces and a kitchen full with of all the essentials and a fabulous fondu set. The chalet is warm and always plenty of hot water. The wifi wasn't working at first, but the owner quickly bought us a new router which helped. We would have no issues booking this chalet agin in the future. The bus stop for taking guests up to the slopes is just a short walk up the hill and it's only a 10 minute bus trip to the main skiing area. We ate out a lot and when we fancied staying in to cook, there were two shops situated centrally to get our groceries. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday! Thank you Olivia!

Si ça n'est pas le Bonheur, ca y ressemble !

Un Chalet juste PAR-FAIT ! Rien ne manque, tout y est : une Ambiance chaleureuse avec le souci du détail et des petites attentions : - vous pouvez commander le panier petit-déjeuner qui vous attend à l'arrivée, - toutes les infos sont à votre disposition, - des réductions pour la location des skis à qqs mètres du Chalet du Pré (ils sont adorables et très pros)... - une machine Nespresso (prévoyez vos capsules), l'appareil à Raclette et celui à Fondue y sont même prévus, pour vous assurer de superbes soirées en Famille ou entre Amis ! le Chalet est très propre et très fonctionnel. La "Ski Room" dispose d'un chauffe-chaussures : On aurait presque hâte de mettre ses chaussures de Ski le matin ! Quant au Sauna, un Bonheur après une journee sportive.
