Close to a huge wild beach (12km to Les Sables), dunes, forest and marshes. The naturist beach of Sauveterre is 4 km away. Cycle paths allow you to reach the beach, discover the forest, the marshes and the traditional villages of La Gachère (300 m away), and Ile d'Olonne (6 kms).

The 150 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom and terrace (100 m2 of terraces in total) as well as a living room/living space of more than 60 m2.
