Charming family home located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the beaches and cycle paths. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 8 people and offers beautiful spaces as well as quality amenities for a most pleasant stay.



Arrangement



Ground floor: a master suite with a double bed (2 sleeping spaces) and a bathroom with a shower. A room with two single beds is also available, as well as a functional kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals and enjoying lunches and dinners in the garden in summer.



Floor: two double-bedded rooms, a bathroom, as well as a living space including a friendly living room and a fully equipped kitchen.



Cuisine



The kitchens are fully equipped: oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.



Salon



Warm lounge with TV and WiFi included, very bright thanks to a lovely exposure.



Exterior

Parking: a space in the courtyard and free parking on the street.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
