Nearby there is the market, the famous bar "The Rolling Fish" with its events, the quay of La Chaume with its restaurants, ice cream parlours...

With its stone charm, this Art Deco style house is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 living room with television, sofa and coffee table
- 1 dining room + open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare good little dishes

On the 1st floor, a staircase will allow you to access:
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm bed and storage.
- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm bed and storage.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 independent toilet

The second room will allow you to access, via a staircase to the 2nd floor having:
- 1 large bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, storage and access to an outdoor terrace

In the basement, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a laundry area (washing machine + drying rack).

No need to be transported, you will absolutely find everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).

The Sables d'Olonne station is served by the TGV and is located 4km from the house.
The bus line stops 200 metres from the house.
We also offer a paid transfer to and from the station.

Arrival? Between 4 PM and 9 PM. Supplement between 9 PM and midnight.
Departure? Between 8 AM and 10 AM. Supplement between 6 AM and 8 AM.
Arrivals and departures are set according to the concierge schedule.

Bed linen and towels? ATTENTION: Sheets are included as well as towels from 3 nights onwards. Below that, option possible.

Housekeeping? Housekeeping is included in your booking to ensure cleanliness upon your arrival. However, we ask you to leave the premises clean when you depart (dishes put away and clean, bins emptied and cleaned, ...).
Deposit? A deposit will be taken via SWIKLY. You will receive an email to this effect (Debited only in case of damage).
