  • Olivier is a very spacious vacation home with a pool, located in the very quiet village of Chassagnes, 2 km from Les Vans.
    The home is situated in a very peaceful setting and offers breathtaking views.
    You’ll have access to a heated private pool measuring 9.5 by 4.5 m, surrounded by a beautiful sun deck. The pool is open from June 1 through September 30.

Les Vans Juillet 2021

Bon séjour global Positifs : maison agréable, propre dans ensemble de 4 maisons sur les hauteurs à 3 mn des Vans donc calme mais route en contre bas parfois bruyante, piscine conforme, très bonnes literies, sdb bien Bon emplacement pour le sud Ardèche et les Cévennes et finalement pas si loin des Gorges Négatifs: équipement moyen pour ce tarif : pas de congélateur !!!, que des four micro ondes (pas de four), pas de grille pain, wifi ne fonctionne que au bout de la terrasse pas dans la maison mais 4G ok, pas de réel jardin, environnement immédiat de la maison moyen : cabane de chantier, reste de chantier ( rien de méchant mais à ce tarif c’est anormal) Linge de maison non fourni (annoncé)

Déçue... Prestations pas la la hauteur du prix...

La piscine était sale et malgré l’intervention de la personne en charge de l’entretien, l’eau est restée trouble et le fond jonché de saletés. Le mobilier était fragile: le canapé s’est cassé alors que nous étions assis dedans, sans bouger, à regarder la télévision... (par ailleurs, malgré la mauvaise qualité du mobilier, le propriétaire a jugé bon de nous retirer une partie de la caution sans même prendre la peine d’échanger avec nous au préalable) Par ailleurs, alors que nous avions payé la prestation ménage sur Abritel, un chèque pour le ménage nous a été réclamé à notre arrivée... il nous a quand même été restitué après réclamation... La batterie de cuisine n’est pas adaptée à la cuisine pour 10 personnes, et il n’y a pas de four . (Mais 2 micro-ondes!! ) Les prestations ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur du tarif!!!
