Ignore the free parking offered by the hotel. There are only maybe 6 spaces on a road layby in front of the hotel. You will need to use the underground parking which is 24 euros /day. And this will charge everytime you take your car in and out

Saved by the air con

There is free roadside parking if you get there early, otherwise there is a underground car park with limited capacity at 20 euros per day. Staff were helpful, wifi very good, breakfast and dinner also very good. I was there during an August heatwave and I can confirm that the aircon is first rate - thank you! Also a very good shower. Easy walk to the city centre and it is a city well worth visiting. No reason to doubt the cleanliness, but there was a strange smell of drains each morning.

Rude reception staff, no willingness to make the wrong right, beds not made up ready on checkin, tissue box empty in bathroom, soap empty, not enough towels in room, not enough cups for coffee and tea. Would never stay here again.

Really uncomfortable to sleep in the room, the temperature in the lobby area was way more better than the temperature in the room. I went to the front desk to report it and their answer was not the expected stating that the air conditioner does not cool as a normal A/C unit.

I keep on staying here and it’s a best average but very convenient. The front desk staff at check out are less than helpful telling me that at checkin they didn’t take the correct deposit amount. I’m checking out and trying to pay the full amount, yes but you didn't pay the correct deposit. This was your staff at check in correct?, yes but you didn’t pay the tight amount. Useless.

Struttura un po’ datata proprio di fronte il birrificio Stella Artois ad 1,5km dal centro città. Personale gentilissimo e nove posti auto gratis di fronte l’hotel. Colazione ricca anche se in altri Novotel abbiamo avuto molta più scelta.

Bon hôtel mais ne possède pas de parking et compliqué de s'y garer aux alentours. N'y allez pas pour le Hammam, équipement en plastique et ne pouvant accueillir plus de 4 personnes (et à 4 vous y serez à l'étroit) Le petit-déj est bon.

Gute Lage zum Central Bahnhof 8 Gehminuten und zum Rathaus 20Gehminuten. Ladestationen in der Tiefgarage leider fremd belegt, somit keine Lademöglichkeit. Doppelzimmer in Ordnung.
