**Be at Home at Lake Mac**

Welcome to Lake Mac! This home is the perfect get away to spend time at the lake! Sharing property lines with the state park, we have very easy access to the lake. There are several docks and beach points nearby.
The house has an open concept floor plan, perfect for gathering with friends and family after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is a cook and entertainer's dream.
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gives everyone the space they need.
A 500sqft deck to enjoy while gazing over the lake!

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house is an open concept living space. There is a living room with couch and TV on one side of the kitchen and a sitting area that looks out to the lake on the other side of the kitchen. The kitchen comes with all brand new Whirlpool appliances (in the newest gun metal) including a gas range, ice and water making double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is complete with a huge quartz counter top island surrounded with four bar stools.
On each side of the kitchen you will find rooms for lounging. To the front of the house is a TV room with couches and an electric fireplace. If you need a nap on the couch, close the beautiful barn door to cover the TV.

On the Lake side of the house you will find a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs followed by a sitting area with 2 over sized chairs that face the lake and a couch for gathering.

In the hall you will find an office space with WIFI if you have some emails to attend to.

The primary bedroom is more private on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. A large primary bedroom with a queen bed and a couch (or futon if you need extra sleeping space). There is a TV mounted on the wall for private or night time tv watching. The primary has a huge private bathroom with a double vanity and great walk-in-shower followed by a terrific walk-in-closet.

Across the house you will find two additional bedrooms that are separated by a jack and jill bathroom that offers each bedroom with its own sink and a private commode and shower.

At the end of the hall is a laundry/mudroom with a full sized washer and dryer and separate entrance into the house. We would prefer that you use this entrance when coming in from the lake.

All towels, linens, kitchenware for cooking, eating and drinking are all supplied at the house.

Perfect Lake Mac Getaway Place

Loved our stay here. Tucked into a quaint neighborhood, this place is updated, clean and well stocked. Great deck that was easily big enough to handle six adults. A shirt walk down a path (250 steps) and you are near the lake. We wanted R & R and we found it. The owners were great communicators and checked on us to make sure things were going as expected. Only 15 minutes from the marina!

Heaven in Nebraska

We had an incredible stay here. The location was perfect. The house is so beautiful and cozy. The deck is really nice and loved having morning coffee there. We had a great time going to the beach in the evenings. Its super close to the lake so we could head there very easily. The host was above and beyond with communication and help. We would 100% return to this home. Highly recommended for your stay in Nebraska to visit lake MacConaughy. We had the best time! Thank you so much Ryann for all your help!!

Home was great! Updated and large open floor plan compared to a lot of the other homes around Lake Mac. Easy drive to the nearby beach or 15 mins down the road to the Lemoyne boat ramp. I won’t lie that there was a decent amount of train noise but that comes with everywhere on the north side of the lake. Overall great spot to stay with the family with plenty of room to cook!

Beautiful Location with Great Owners

The lake house was just as described, great location and beautiful! As a brand new home it had a few minor issues (to be expected), but the owner was responsive and genuinely cared about correcting them so that our stay was the best it could be! Carl and Ryann were easy to contact and extremely helpful from the booking to our last day. As for the lake house it truly felt like home while we were there. The neighborhood is great for families as it is quiet and relaxed, and we even made a couple of new friends while on our morning walks. The path to the beach is easy walking and leads to a great beach area for a day of fun, while the views from the huge deck are a perfect way to spend your relaxing evenings. We are already looking forward to returning to the beach house next year! Thanks for everything Ryann and Carl!

Perfect Home

Ideal home for our family to stay. We stayed at a different one last year and we weren’t crazy about it. We felt like we were breaking into someone’s house and they would be home any minute. This home was furnished but not completely tailored to the owners. You felt like it was your space to use. Everything we needed was there. Went once to Walmart to get the food we would need. The backyard was perfect. We knew the water is low so we weren’t along the lake but that’s fine. You still can take a nice stroll. Just wear bug spray. The boys were trying to be tough but they got eaten alive. Carl had sent all the info in a timely manner and he responded quickly to questions. We would love to come back again. Thank you.

Carl and Ryann were very accommodating! Their property had all the amenities for the perfect get away. The home is new and decorated very well. We stayed over the 4th of July. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Close access to multiple other beach access and boat launches. Large deck with beach/lake view. Great view of the sunset.

1st time at Lake McConaughey

Thank you Ryann and Carl. We had a great time. Beautiful new clean home! We spent most of our time at the lake. However it was so nice to come back to a nice and relaxing home with AC at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking down to the beach from the house.
