"The hotel had a 9/10 Expedia rating which really surprised me. When we arrived we all noticed the smell was not pleasant. It smells like a room spray trying to cover up smoke or some other type of odor. We stayed on the first floor and windows were really dirty and dead bugs in curtains. "This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!"

"My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby.
