Not a relaxing stay.

Pool, closed. Vending area, empty. TV, complicated operation with no instructions. Not pleasant. Not a good look for Comfort Inn.

I was bummed that the pool was closed, but the hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Definitely will stay here again!!

VERY CLEAN, Comfortable bed

Although the property/units need some updating, our room was VERY CLEAN, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent with really hot water and strong pressure. We just spent the night while traveling and ate breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay again when traveling through the area.

Good location

Hotel is in a great location. Not a bad one night stay but the bathroom was nasty and gross. The tub has not been cleaned nor had the commode. Some wear on the building could use some updating

I booked this property over others for the fact that it had a hot breakfast, as advertised, and a fitness area, as advertised. Upon arrival I learned that the pool, and fitness area were closed and under construction. By the looks of it, it has been under remodel for a while. This was not expressed in the profile. When we got up the next morning and went down for breakfast, we learned that it is in fact, a continental breakfast. No hot breakfast was to be served. There are even artwork pictures hung above the food area depicting hot breakfast items. Pictures on the profile and wording Said that there was a hot breakfast. The two main items that I booked this hotel for, ended up not being present. During the course of my 5-day stay, our room was overrun by ants. Front desk staff told me that there were no maintenance people on staff presently and they could not do anything about it but move us to a different room... But unfortunately there were no other rooms. Additionally, key cards to the rooms would deactivate every time we left our room. I had our key cards redone six times. Although this was not the worst stay I've experienced at a hotel, it was pretty bad.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now & each time was great. It was very clean & had everything we needed. I really enjoy that there’s a fridge & microwave in the room. But the only dislike was that there was only a shower & I have a baby so I had to take him somewhere else to bathe him. But i think that was my fault on the room I picked.

The lobby was clean, front desk staff friendly, check in was easy. The room was just ok. The sheets and comforter were clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept great. However, there were holes in the walls that needed patched, the toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, there were 2 bars of used soap in the shower, a pack of old coffee in the coffee maker. Not deal breakers, but definitely could use some upkeep.

Beyond pleased 😊

This was the second time we’ve stopped here this year. It’s the perfect halfway respite between our home town and our destination. Very clean and comfortable. We will tag this as a regular stop on other trips.
