"I like clean room ."

"Disappointed because room had stained carpet The drapes were torn, vanity mirror to high, maid could not speak English so failed to clean the room as requested. Breakfast selection poor with cold scrambled eggs. Not near enough seating when hotel is full or enough handicap parking. "

"The hotel is older and needs some updating. Carpet had stains and our toilet overflowed multiple times. We had to go to the front next in the middle of the night for extra towels and a plunger. There was no ice machine on the premises and even with it being an extended stay where you would think there would be cups, paper towels, etc. in the room. There were none. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to where we were going while in town."

"I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Dru was very accommodating and communicative. The property was very comfortable and very cute. The air conditioning and heat was great. She thought of everything that we could have needed, even down to salt and pepper. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition and would love to stay here again"
