"Neat location being walking distance to Target and an outside food fair kind of place with multiple quick serve cuisine. Hotel was older, looks like they are doing the best they can with what they have. I hate to say this but probably should undergo a significant reno at some point. "

"No pool. Pet hair balls in the lobby. Duct taped TV remote . Toilet paper holder broken off the wall. Kitchen with zero utensils. It was completely empty. Old flat pillows. Blanket torn and tattered. Permanent living guests there smoking and drinking beer, smell of marijuana outside all hours outside my window coming in the air conditioning. Locked entry doors propped open by long term tenants. Didn’t feel safe. Very dirty. Didn’t look like the online photos"

"We reached out to the property manager initially with questions and they were very prompt in answering. We received a property guide with all check in information and the key code timely. The condo was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the patio in the morning with our coffee, overlooking the golf course. Very peaceful resort setting. Convenient to restaurants, shops, activities in Wesley Chapel and not far from Tampa. We would 100% book again. "
