Arrived to the hotel at 10:45pm to check in and was told they were sold out and didn’t have my room anymore. The hotel Claimed they told Expedia and that they had been sold out for weeks. This is not true as I could have booked directly through their website too. The hoops I have had to jump through to get my refund has been ridiculous. "

"The lockbox doesn't work regularly. Had to key in code 3 or 4 times to get in. Also took 3 times once to lock when leaving.Do think there should have been soap in shower and paper towels in kitchen, and remotes for bedroom tvs didn't work (couldn't change channel). Besides those issues, very nice stay. "
