Could be better
Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about.

The roads were rough and narrow fit for one vehicle. The full size bus will not make it to the resort. There’s also an extra fee charge per head for environmental fee enforced by people who claimed on town mayors order before you get to the resort
