Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great view to Jested, excellent breakfast

Variety food for breakfast, that was super nice , the spa usage from 9-2pm . It is a quite smaller than appear on the photos. Welcome drink was a nice surprise as well. Our room had a view to Jested from the bed, there is no elevator so we had exercise every day at least 3 times. We didn’t mind.

I chose the hotel specifically for the swimming pool as my daughter does not have much swimming experience. I was told that the pool is open to the public until 2pm. There was also an amount of hours restriction.

Familievenligt hotel

Fint og familievenligt hotel. Vi boede i en lejlighed, der var lidt sparsomt indrettet, men der var, hvad der skulle være. Sengene var gode at ligge i. Vi benyttede pool og wellness område, og det var rigtig fint. Vær dog opmærksom på, at der skal betales for privat adgang til wellness-området efter kl. 14. Personalet er søde og imødekommende og morgenmaden er fin med et godt udvalg. Rengøringen kunne være bedre men var acceptabel.

Vi har betalt for et værelse til 3. Ved ankomst, fik vi at vide at vi skulle betale ekstra da værelset er egnet til 2 og ikke 3, derfor har de lagt en ekstra seng på værelset som vi skullr betale for. Ved snak frem pg tilbage valgte de at de giver den ekstra seng gratis. Med ærgeligt sådan en kommunikation skulle finde sted når man er lige kommet og træt efter en lang vej. Afløb i opvask i køkkenet og det store badeværelse var næsten stoppet. Der var glasskår på køkkenbordet. Adgang til pool var ikke tilgængelig 24/7 og kun mellem 9-14 mens man ud om dagen.

de prime abord, cela semble curieux de traverser un bar pour monter aux chambres, mais celles-ci sont spacieuses. Boissons d'accueil offertes + un accès au spa inclus, excellent petit déjeuner buffet, le tout pour un prix défiant toute concurrence

Dvoulůžkový pokoj je opravdu jen pro přespání, hotel a pokoj čistý, personál příjemný, ale co nás nemile překvapilo je stav podlah při každém pohybu vrže, to i v dalších pokojích,na chodbě a a schodišti takže slyšíte každý pohyb sousedů a i jejich návrat atd.

Good one again!

God stay in a bit boring area. i just needed a place to sleep, so for me it was very okay. Good breakfast was served. Also very helpful and friendly welcome...with a drink. No restaurant in site, but the reception Dude recommended a pub nearby which was really great ! Liked the easy and safe parking and silence at nighttime!

Pokoj neodpovídal fotkám uvedeným na webu. Válendy pérové, součástí pokoje kuchyňka. Na přespání dostatečné. Cena (pokoje v přízemí) nadhodnocena. Wellness jsme nevyužili. Parkování bez problémů, personál skvělý a snídaně vynikající !!!

Hotýlek v klidné čtvrti mezi vilkami.

+ Ochotná obsluha. Bohatý výběr snídaní. Nepřetržitý provoz recepce. Kousek od centra. Pěšky do IQLandie 40 minut. Bezproblémové parkování buď přímo na pozemku hotelu, nebo před hotelem na ulici.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Gesamteindruck ist gut. Da das Hotel schon eine Weile in Betrieb ist, gibt es hier und da ein paar Ecken die eine Renovierung nötig haben. Die Matratzen haben einen Austausch nötig, aber alles nicht so dramatisch.Die Sauberkeit im kleinen Bad ist hier lobend zu erwähnen.

Vrzající dřevěné schody

Byla jsem s dcerou ubytována ve 2. poschodí. Společná kuchyňka se nachází ve 3. poschodí, ke které se dostanete po dřevěných schodech, kde každý krok je slyšet. Dále by stálo v potaz výměna koberce, který byl hodně cítit. Pokoj byl malý, ale útulný a čistý, na krátkou návštěvu a pro pouze přespání dostačující.

Ciekawe miejsce

Dobra cena do jakości, hotel umiejscowiony blisko na wypad na narty jak i do centrum. Oferowane śniadania są obfite i różnorodne. Spa na dobrym poziomie, czyste i fajnie utrzymane. W bliskiej okolicy osiedlowa gospoda, gdzie można zjeść obiad.
