Killington Cabin, Hot Tub & Foliage Views!

"If you are looking for a rustic older home, this is the place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The hot tub was very nice and had a wonderful view. For a good time go to McGrath‘s Irish Pub, which is 20 minutes away. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights! As far as the location, you can find activities such as waterfalls, museums, gondola ride 1–1 1/2 hours north or south. Driving the distance we toured The Lincoln family home, Shelbourne Museum, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream factory. Driving up to Smugglers Notch north of Stowe was beautiful with fall foliage. Recommendations would be a second TV and more comfortable furniture in the den."

"We stayed at the Bijou during early October for a leaf peeping trip. Our party of six plus our dog had an amazing experience. The property is so beautiful and you really do feel like you are on the top of a mountain away from all the hustle bustle. Gina was awesome and answered all our questions about local dining and other logistics. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and very comfortable. The home is very well stocked and has everything you might need. It is dog and kid friendly and has ample space for a couple of families to hang out. All in all, it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely be saying here again if we ever come this side. Do not hesitate to book the Bijou for your next getaway to Vermont!!"
