They said I should already have one in the closet, I told them yes I did but it was thin and I just needed one more, she said she would check and call me back. Never received the blanket. I then asked for clean towels the next night and they told me I’d have to bring down my old towels to get new ones. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before. The breakfast was not great either. I’m very disappointed. "
