"Hotel was okay, cleanliness was suspect. Bedsheets smelled a bit. First room had smoke in it, so had to request a change of room. Customer service was just okay, a bit rude at times, but managable. Can't say enjoyed the stay here. Won't stay again for sure."

"Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants."

"The staff at Santa Maria Foris were very friendly and welcoming, especially the ‘front of house’ lady. The room was of a very good size, quiet and cool (when outside it was 30+C). Nice shady and quiet gardens. Good WiFi, free coffee, and a garage for secure off-street parking. The hotel is very well located for all of the main historical sites, good restaurants and the main market. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Ravenna. Thank you!"

"The host, Giovanni, was very accommodating, gave us great local restaurant recommendations and helped with cruise terminal arrangements. Centrally located for easy walking to beautiful Ravenna. The B&B has a lovely treed garden to enjoy a morning cappuccino or an evening Prosecco. Next to a wooded city park with the best pizza spot since Napoli."

"One night stay in Ravenna at this hotel for a cruise that was departing the following day. Perfect for what we needed. A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections. The dining area was inside or seating outside with a beautiful landscaping....

"We went for a cruise out of Ravenna. If you got the cruise line to pick you up at the train station it’s literally a 1 minute walk from pickup area (where the buses are, and a 7 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was decent, mostly just bread, fruit, juice and yogurt. The room was good for the price. The bed was comfortable. The room is hot and ac did not make it as cold as we are used to lol. No shower head in shower and tiny shower. Other than that the staff was very helpful and...

"We only stayed the one night, and it was really just a “pit stop” before we went on a cruise out of Ravenna. The hotel is very close to the train station (as we came down from Venice), and our room included a transfer to the port. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but we weren’t impressed with the room. The beds were very hard and there was no character to the room. Also, the WiFi was terrible."
