But besides the location and the quality of the rooms, the interaction with the stuff is really the best part. "Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options in the room. Pillows and the two single mattresses instead of one big one would be my only complaint. But also standard for Germany and personal preference."

"Rooms are old and dirty including walls. Bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. Pictures on hotels.com are not real. Reception staff unpleasant. I stayed 6 nights and room was not cleaned. Hotels offers bottled water in the room but it costs €5 per litre. Never again. "
