"The beach view was great. The beachfront has impressively nice sand and it was so nice to have the sand and the river right out the back door. The two living area PLUS the screened porched gave lots of space. Great view from inside and outside. Well appointed with kitchen and bath supplies.We stayed over New Years and recommend the location even for a winter get away since the views were so nice. Great base for locations to state parks. "

The amenities were perfect; pool gameroom, well appointed kitchen, kayaks, paddle boards were just some of the luxuries. They thought of everything. "Outstanding home for a family gathering. The big open kitchen connected to the living room and play areas was really perfect for our special family week (Thanksgiving and 50th wedding anniversary). We loved the big back patio with the fire pit, grill, corn hole, pool, and view of the amazing sunset. We went kayaking on the lake and took family photos on the big lawn. All the rooms had comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen (three refrigerators is a real bonus). Plus there was plenty of parking for all of our family members traveling from around the state. Hosts were excellent at communication and accommodating our needs."
