Banyan Harbor A-09, A/C & Centrally located

The condo is beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing at home meals or putting together a picnic for a day at the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished in tropical decor and there is a lanai for your relaxation. A half bathroom completes this level. In addition to ceiling fans, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room/dining room area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, beautifully furnished, and another lanai. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also decorated in Hawaiian style. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 4 or for one or two couples. The master bathroom on this floor consists of a large walk in shower, lighted vanity mirror, hair dryer and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board. Stored in the Master Bedroom closet are beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the beach. Free WiFi service is provided should you bring your laptop or other electronic devices. There is a community computer available at the front desk for all guests to use free of charge.

As you walk through the beautifully landscaped property, which was once a botanical garden, you will come upon the hilltop salt water swimming pool. At this location you will find two shared gas BBQ grills, outdoor shower and restrooms. Adjacent to the pool area are tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.

The Greatest aspect of Banyan Harbor is it's proximity to Kauai's shopping center and central island location. You’re within walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, restaurants and shops. This condominium is located equidistant from the sights and activities on the North and South shores.

Treated our Mom's to a trip!

The property worked out wonderfully for us, there was an ice chest, umbrella, chairs, etc. Practically all you could ask for! Stayed here for about a week and it was a great place to get home to after a full day on the island exploring! Quiet neighborhood, and friendly people around. Second bedroom upstairs is a little small for two people but worked out well.

An absolutely wonderful stay

Full disclosure - when we got to our place, there had been a mix up and it wasn't ready for us, but I am not taking off any stars because despite the fact that it was 11:30 at night, the owner was immediately available to fix the problem, they put us up for the night elsewhere at their expense while they cleaned it, and made sure that we were completely happy with our overall stay - and we definitely were. The condo is in a GREAT location, it's in wonderful shape, perfectly stocked and decorated. We had a lovely stay, it's walking distance to everything we needed, it's a quiet area, the pool is fantastic (though we spent most of our time at the beach a short walk away), and we had everything we could ask for. I recommend this place without the slightest hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was here for one week of mixed vacation and business. This was a great place to stay. The condo was well maintained. All the appliances worked well. It was a super convenient location for seeing the island - about 50 minutes to Waimea canyon and about the same to get to the Na Pali coast. If you are looking for a great view, it does not have that. But you are a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. There is a nearby mall (3-5 minute walk) with restaurants and souvenirs nearby. Costco and target are less than five minutes by car. price wise - it was definitely cheaper than the Royal Sonesta hotel across the street where my business convention was being held. I did have one minor hiccup with check-in but that was quickly resolved. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this VRBO.
