For frequent travelers, this place is legit

Excellent location. Would stay here again when in Lille. Stairwell could use some cleaning but overall we had an exceptional stay here.

Perfect location in Vieux Lille

Hotel is getting old, but it's clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, 50 metres far from restaurants, and a few hundred metres from old down town.

Perfect location for weekend break to Lille

We loved the location of this hotel, close to the old town and within walking distance of Lille International station. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and letting us leave our baggage after checking out. Some of the public areas and landing were a little tired, the decor of the room was a little tired, but we had a very comfortable stay and it was great value for money.

The family mezzanine room layout was cramped if you have older children. It would have been a struggle if staying for more than 1 night. Also the bathroom was very small with the toilet separate. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town.

Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi.

Don't assume parking

We chose the hotel based on it's location and it having parking available. However, when we arrived the garage was full and we were told to use public parking, not too far away, but it would have been awkward if we had a lot of luggage.

The service was excellent and the hotel is located just on the edge of the touristy part of Lille and in walking distance from everything including the two trainstations. It's quiet and convenient. Again the service splendid. But the hotel is showing age, and the price for the rooms was really outrageous given that they are not much above one could get in a well run hotel ibis. The breakfast buffet was meh. You are better off going to one of the many cute little places in the area.

The property had a musty smell throughout which was not pleasant. Facilities were poor given the apparent 4 star rating I.e. no bar or restaurant on site. It was difficult to find and access to the underground car park was also unclear and not as it should be.

Tolles Frühstücksangebot. Mitten in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Cafés und Restaurants. Hotel befindet sich gerade im Umbau, Baustelle in manchen Bereichen. Soll Ende des Jahres abgeschlossen sein. Toll wäre es gewesen zusätzlich zum kostenlosen Wasser in der Minibar, Saft oder Ähnliches zu finden. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und Schläger könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Aber toll, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt Tischtennis zu spielen.

Hôtel en travaux lors de notre séjours, perceuses et marteaux ont rythmé les matinées... A notre retour de ballades la chambre était restée ouverte avec le verrou sorti pour empêcher que la porte ne se referme... Certainement un oubli soit du ménage soit de la maintenance, mais moyen quand même....
