We were left needing overnight accommodation due to issues on the tunnel crossing, so we booked this hotel right at the last minute. There were four of us, and so having the ability to have us all in one room was ideal. Being a dog friendly hotel was also a huge bonus, being as we were travelling with our pets. We paid a very reasonable rate for a last-minute stay, including a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We were also travelling in a large 4x4 vehicle with a roof box, so we needed unrestricted height parking; another huge advantage to this property. If we needed another overnight stay somewhere not too far from the border, this would be my first option in the future.

Very accomodating staff. I like how spacious the rooms are. Free parking. Only downside we had was no bedside tables, and plugs were very difficult to find/access. Still, would love to stay here regardless.

No issues during my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet even with the influx of people for the Olympics. I will say that it’s best to rent a car as there isn’t much to do walking distance in the area. If you have kids the hotel also seems to cater to children.

Room was spacious, air conditioning was amazing, really friendly employees at the front desk and bar, tasty beer and drinks, really nice theaming. The front desk was decorated with olympic props and they had a big screen with olympic games playing. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Will consider returning in a heartbeat!

do yourself a favor, stay here

This place is the real deal. Be it adults or children, this place has everything. The rooms are big and spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and game room for kids. And on Friday night, they had a dance party outside for the adults, with about five DJs and different dance music. might’ve been 400 people there. Everyone was having a good time and was very classy, safe, and fun.

A lovely hotel with the added bonus of housing the England Rugby team during our stay! Staff and hotel were brilliant. Only downside was the restaurant food. steak was quite dry, sausages and mash - you just got one sausage! The 1/2 cockerel was very small and stringey Disappointing. Breakfast buffet was excellent though.

The ac doesnt really get cold. And the continental breakfast buffet was undercooked( the eggs, sausage, and bacon). Turkey sandwiches / a non pork option from the restaurant would also be welcomed. Otherwise the hotel and staff were nice.
