Absolutely shocking not sure why you are representing them. Sent emails and also contacted them to give them the chance to reply and make things right however they failed. Not wasting any more time with them.

We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside.

Great location

The hotel is in perfect location, it is between Flanders and Europe stations, a part of Westfield where there is large amount of shops. Around 5 min walk to old town. The room is spacious and it was clean. The shower is quite small, no hair dryer, iron available on request. Reception does not work after 10pm and noone was there between 12.00-13.00h. Hotel provides fully functioning kitchen as well as luggage storage services. TV only in french but there is free, fast wifi. Strange thing that I never experienced is that you need to throw your rubbish otherwise you will get fined quite hefty.

Dans le prolongement du centre commercial, proche des 2 gares (7 min à pied) mais hyper calme avec des options pour dîner du côté de Lille Flandres. Appartement très bien équipé, idéal pour une nuit ou un court séjour.

La habitación y el lugar en general estaban terriblemente sucios. El baño parece que no lo habían lavados en meses. El elevador se atora. Entendible que algunos establecimientos no tengan recepción las 24 horas, pero debe haber forma de que te resuelvan una emergencia. Me pasó que se desactivó la llave de la habitación, llegamos 15 minutos antes del cierre de recepción cuando esto ocurrió pero ya estaba cerrada y no había nadie. Hay un número al que puedes llamar en el que nadie contesta (tal cual me lo dijo la chica de recepción que nadie me resolvería nada en ese teléfono poque nadie "se va a regresar al trabajo por algo así"). Afortunadamente las de la recepción estaban afuera del hotel platicando y se regresaron a abrirnos, de lo contrario mi familia y yo nos hubieramos quedado sin poder entrar a la habitación esa noche. De los peores hoteles que he estado. En general en Lille no hay ningún hotel que se salve pero este es bastante malo. Lo único bueno que tiene para alguien que va a tomar trenes o buses es la ubicación.

First off, I really appreciate the staff for letting me check out late — that was super helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown and easy to get around with public transportation. That said, there were a few issues. My room was pretty small and didn’t have any A/C, which made things really uncomfortable since it was around 85°F during my stay. Also, there’s no actual lobby, which felt a bit odd. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer — it just gets too hot without air conditioning.

Avoid this place

Very poor cleaning conditions, definitely needs a touch up. Also, they did not prepare the spare bed, nor provided the additional sheets and pillow for such bed. Although the location was quite convenient, would not come back.

Very tatty accommodation without any aircon. Extremely hot in the room and very noisy from the train station and street noise when keeping window open despite being on 12 floor. Lots of things damaged in the room, filthy stained toilet, stains on floor, bed frame damaged. Would not recommend this place.
