Great clean and comfortable hotel.

Friendly welcoming staff.clean and comfortable rooms.It was great to have a hob and a microwave as we stayed 4 nights.One small suggestion kitchen items would be improved by having bottle openers a sharp knife and a cutting board.Great quiet location and quick to get to on the Metro.Will definitely book again if going to Lille again.

Globalement je recommande car le personnel est sympa sauf une qui a le visage crispé, plus âgée et qui ne fait pas de geste commercial quand ça semble évident. Cela m'a gâché mon opinion sur cet hôtel toute la semaine sur place. l'hôtel m'a rajouté une dizaine d'euros sur place alors même que je leur montrais sur le site la facture en direct. Me disant que Expedia n'est pas à jour des taxes. Mais peu importe moi j'ai donné mon accord pour un certain montant, du coup un geste commercial aurait été un bon accueil. De ce fait quand j'ai vu l'appartement tellement petit pour deux grands adolescents et deux parents qu'ils n'ont a pas voulu me changer à aucun moment dans la semaine , plus le bruit des travaux le premier matin, l'eau coupée toute une matinée jusqu'à 12h30, le nettoyage seulement tous les 4 jours dans un espace aussi petit à 4, pas d'armoire, pas de placard pour la nourriture, juste à l'entrée pour déposer les valises, manteaux etc... Et bien c'était dur de relativiser et d'avoir un esprit positif pour toute la semaine dans cet hôtel. Heureusement que le reste du personnel était très sympathique et à relevé le niveau.

le stationnement est compliqué! l'hôtel propose un parking à 12 euro, sinon c'est dans la rue (peu sûr et très difficile de trouver une place). Les chambres sont agréables mais le côté appart'hôtel est symbolique (quasiment pas de vaisselle, pas d'ouvre bouteille, pas de tire bouchon, pas de coin repas. 1 seule chaise, etc.. Autre problème, de conception cette fois: les chambres "premium" sont côté route... passante et bruyante avec des plaques d'égout mal jointes et qui claquent à chaque passage de voiture. L'isolation phonique vers l'extérieure n'est pas performante. L'hôtel semble conscient du problème puisqu'un remboursement des petit-déj. nous a été proposé.

Bel établissement mais nul en matière de services

Venus en famille pour un concert, nous avons une bonne surprise en découvrant cet établissement et ses équipements. Par contre, il est inadmissible de constater que le petit déjeuner payant soit pitoyable. Deux matins de suite, à une heure raisonnable, la pauvre dame préposée et seule, nous explique qu’il n’y a plus de beurre, plus de petits pains, plus de jus d’orange,…plus de place !!! Nous avons fini dans une salle de réunion à manger du pain et de la confiture !!! De surcroît pour une nuit surévaluée au niveau tarifaire en raison du concert ! Le samedi, plus d’eau plate, le dimanche plus d’eau plate. Bref pour un établissement qui se veut trois étoiles, impensable que la direction pointée du doigt par le personnel ne prenne pas soin de ses résidents. Je crois sincèrement c’est la première fois que j’assiste à des bousculades d’une vingtaine de personnes pour une tranche de jambon !!! De plus le dernier jour, alors que mon épouse était souffrante, on ne m’a pas remboursé ce pseudo petit déjeuner qu’elle n’a pas pu prendre ! Et le personnel de ménage a menacé ma fille de payer une nuit supplémentaire parce qu’elle quittait sa chambre à 12h10… En résumé, il faut garder l’établissement et ses équipements et repenser complètement le concept d’accueil et de services, il y a un delta trop important pour être crédible ! Je suppose que je ne serai pas le seul à m’exprimer en ce sens au vue des réactions de toutes les personnes présentes ! À la « direction » de réagir !

Avis mitigé

Les personnes de la réception sont sympathiques. Par contre, il y avoir des tâches bizarres sur les coussins, pas sur les oreillers heureusement. Ensuite la douche fuit tout le temps à la base du mitigeur. J'ai signalé, nous avons changé de chambre. Plus de chambre familiale donc 2 chambres. L'une des deux sentait la cigarette. On a changé une des deux chambres encore. L'insonorisation de l'hôtel par rapport au passage des véhicules dans la rue est très moyenne. Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai. Pas en famille. Il est bien situé. Le parking peut être gratuit dans la rue, sinon il y a un parking privé possible en supplément, et c'est cher pour une nuit de parking... Il faudrait que je teste cet hôtel une autre fois. Pour un hôtel qui a un an, quelques déceptions.
