I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While the property is a bit outdated and does not have a gym, it was clean, well maintained throughout my visit. Also, the hotel is located closed to Miraflores and San Isidro, the best tourist places in Lima. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every person I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Their warmth and willingness to assist made such a positive impression that I honestly forgot about the lack of some amenities like the gym. Great service can make all the difference, and this team delivered consistently. The hotel restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with generous portions and excellent quality. I looked forward to every meal and a special shout out to Atilio and the restaurant manager for their incredible kindness and outstanding service. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel with an excellent price and surpassing customer service, I would definitely recommend staying here. The incredible staff is what makes this place stand out, and I would happily return. JG

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The room was comfortable but the carpet in the room needed to be replace or a deeper cleaning. It looked old and a bit dirty.
