Normalito, atencion escasa y desesperados por encontraban la llave , queriendome cobrar 18 dolares por la misma
Mal, en todo desde la recepción, tu llegas, y ellos creen que te están haciendo un favor, el buffet el más malo que te puedes imaginar, salí a las 9 de la mañana y regresé a las 10 de la noche y no habían limpiado la habitación, para cambiar de habitación doble a matrimonial que normalmente en todos los hoteles del MUNDO, cuesta igual,aquí te cobran un adicional

Not awful but not ideal for tourists
The hotel is out of the way from everywhere. Hotel staff are ok. Sometimes they are helpful other times they can be either slow or a little rude. When we checked out we asked them to call a taxi for us. The bellboy simply hailed a taxi from the street with a driver who tried to over charge us for the trip to the airport. One day the elevator was filled with food for the restaurant on the 11th which left it out of use for people staying there. The hotel is really for business travellers. Its fairly clean and comfortable but just not the place to stay if you a their for tourism. Stay in miraflores central.
