About this property

Nice, equipped with gym and pool in Barranco

  • Relax and enjoy the bohemian atmosphere of Barranco in this quiet, centrally located place to stay, close to the beach and 5 minutes from Miraflores. The host is always attentive for the best experience.
    It is very practical and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice pool available!!

    The space
    The lodging

    This modern and centrally located apartment is a 5-minute walk from Miraflores, a 15-minute walk from Larcomar and very close to the beach. It is fully equipped with
    Cable TV, Wi-Fi,
    all appliances, including
    we have renovated the pots ,
    conventional oven and microwave.
    It has a large closet for your clothes and all your luggage, it is very clean, even with anti-fungal paint (at the suggestion of a guest).
    It also has a double bed where we have renewed the pillows (very soft), sofa bed, work table, bar-type dining room, coffee maker, blender, 4-burner stove, kitchenware, etc.
    There are also beautiful shared areas in the building: a swimming pool with an incredible panoramic view of the beach and the city, an excellent gym and a very modern work area.
    To use the pool and gym, I'll give you a link to make your reservation directly and quickly.
