Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone."

New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. "Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

"For a hostel it is a good choice, although we were there during off season and it was incredibly noisy. I can only imagine it during peak season. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the cleaners and security guy were noisy at all hours. The onsite restaurant was awful, we had one meal and never ate there again. Thankfully the hostel is in a perfect location, on the most beautiful beach with lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby."
