I didn't like the fact there was not response from the hotel regarding my request to cancellation due to the passing of my mother my travel plans were impacted, and San Jose didn't response to Expedia's attempts for the refund.

No hay opciones de transportacion. Tenia que bajar frecuentemente por que el cuarto no abria con la llave que me dieron. El area de desayuno estuvo cerrada en uno de los dias que estuve ahi y no notificaron.

Mira reserve 2 habitaciones la de abajo estaba bien pero la del segundo pido tenía un olor a caño insoportable, no pudimos dormir ahí la persona de recepción la solución que nos dio por qué no había más habitaciones que una de una cama y ahí éramos 3 entonces nos ofreció ese cuarto y un catre para la tercera persona pero como estaba el cuarto muy pequeño se tuvo que ir al cuarto de abajo
