Surf and sand are a 1 block walk. Living room & kitchen have a beautiful open floor plan with fireplace . Bright & Beachy throughout with cozy new sofa and easy recline chair for that favorite book or movie. King Bedroom with french doors open to your private patio & hot tub. How about a BBQ after your soak. Enjoy a 2nd observation deck with chairs and peak of the ocean, perfect for sunbathing! Close to shopping, restaurants, best bakery in town and Casino. 48" flat screen

*4 guests max including any stop by visitors.
We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and contactless check in.

What a great little house. It is super cute and beachy. It’s a really short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean from bed which is nice. Speaking of which, the bed is really comfy and you can open the doors onto the patio to enjoy the cool evening air in the summer.

The cottage was very clean,comfortable and charming with everything you might need. The king bed was super comfortable but we like a soft bed. Some who like a firmer mattress may not find it as comfy as we did. It was great to have a private hot tub that we didn't have to share. The only negative is that there is no ocean view as there is a hotel directly in front of the cottage, but this did not bother us. Beach access is a short walk from the cottage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed it as a family... the big windows where you sit and eat let in lots of light, the jacuzzi is super nice, and the kitchen has the basics for everything you need to cook. It could use a few touches to make it a higher starting like fixing a few things (clock on wall, wood on ceiling popping out, paint needed it spots, etc)... but it was very clean, so it make it okay. It’s very close to beach access which is amazing. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at A-1 went above and beyond to save our vacation. I mistakenly booked my check in for the day after we arrived. The kind women who took my call quickly offered me a room in the Whistling Winds motel for the night and only charged us for the cleaning fee. The house was clean and spacious and the hot tub and fireplace really made our visit relaxing and memorable.
