Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"Room and bathrooms were clean. Sheets and towels were clean. Balcony needs more effort in terms of cleaning and equipment were old and should be replaced. pest control should be done better. Breakfast was good , Boiled egg and fried egg can be a good swap with scrambled egg every other day. More pastry could be added. Hotel is like a 3 stars hotel not 4 stars. Balcony door did not have a net so there was chances rats jump into room if you leave it open and unattended. Evening reception for serving smoked Salmon soup is good. Staff are kind and helpful. Internet speed is not really good and appropriate for working. Thanks!"

"Was very pleasantly surprised how nice this was for a simple motel. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. We loved that it was up a hill and away from the busy street, felt private and mostly quiet."

"Clean and comfortable. Sink/faucet setup is less than desirable since it splashes on you and the shower doors do not hold the water in. Otherwise, very spacious and nice!"

"Our stay here was good. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only challenge was that parking is limited in front and the staff did not inform us that there was another lot in back. Room was a bit stuffy, but in the winter it would probably be nice. Bed was comfortable though and the lobby was very nice."

"I’ve been staying at this motel on my Oregon trips for at least 30 years. While there are cracking paint and other odd things, the manager was great. I was comfortable with her. Where else can you find affordability and parking right next to the beautiful beach of Lincoln city. The rooms all have big windows to take 8n the spectacular view!"
