Walking distance to Meadowlark Coffee Shop / Café, Open Harvest Natural Grocers, Restaurants, and Bryan Hospital. The home offers on / off street parking, covered patio, large rooms, smart TVs in all bedrooms, high speed internet / Wifi, a pack n play for the little ones, and more!

Available by text at all times!

Close to Bryan health hospital and college, downtown and the University campus. Close to a grocery store “natural grocers” and a local coffee shop. Also close to the stadium and arena. All things just minutes away!

Park on the street in the front, or in the back of the house

If you drink wine, initial your wine bottle cork and put it in the cork box we have on the kitchen shelves! We’d love to collect our guests corks
-Take shoes off at the door to keep floors and rugs clean!
-No parties or large gatherings.
-Please don't leave personal items.
-Any guest above 7 includes an extra charge.
-At the end of stay, put all sheets and towels in the hampers provided in each bedroom.
