Beautiful stay

This room was clean and comfortable. We loved the mini bar area. The bed was very comfortable. We absolutely couldn’t get over the perfect view from the balcony of the foliage. This was our favorite place that we stayed in New Hampshire!

In my opinion, River Walk is the place to be in the area. Alice's studio worked well for the two of us. We made good use of the pool, walking distance from a very nice brewery and 2 miles from the Pemi loop trailhead. Recommended!

Great stay for one night

This property was in a great location for our fall road trip. The restaurants were great as was the ability to walk to other shops. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating was noise - the walls are very thin and you could easily hear neighboring guests talking in their room, so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring ear plugs. The room was very clean and nicely appointed for two people. Anymore than that would be a tight fit.

The resort property was beautiful. Plenty to do! Great restaurants! My only criticism is that the room itself could have been cleaner. There was a stain on the couch that we reported to the front desk, and the outside balcony had numerous spider webs and spiders all over it and several areas of bird droppings. I understand it is an outside area but this was extreme.

Convenient, straightforward, and comfortable

The process of renting the studio was as easy as can be. Host was communicative. Hotel property, so there were many amenities that we enjoyed. The pool is great. It’s on a quieter floor which is nice. We will look forward to another stay in the future.

Great location and the condo was very clean. The view from the deck was spectacular!

We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. The location is convenient to local attractions and the amenities are a nice bonus to include a heated pool and restaurant.

Fabulous Resort but would prefer a different unit in the future

The unit was okay. Couch seems "tired"; no support when sitting. Can't imagine having to sleep on it. We did have to pick up candy off the rug when we walked it, and there were crumbs on the kitchenette floor under the lip of the counter. Plus, quite a bit of dirt/dust in corners in bathroom. Balcony needs a good strong cleaning; a pile of dirt and hair was right outside the sliding door - like someone had dumped the full dustpan there. I understand the whole approach with Covid, but I didn't expect to have no housekeeping services at all for our weeklong stay. We had to find someone to get TP and a trash bag. Yet, we are paying an extra cleaning fee? Couldnt beat the incredible view!!
