- Awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV), this comfortable and very spacious ground-floor apartment offers approximately 125 square meters of living space. It features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub), and an additional separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
A large open-plan living/dining room with a kitchen, as well as a high-quality yet modernly furnished living room with an adjoining covered terrace and a large, private garden furnished with wooden garden furniture and a sun lounger, ensure a relaxing stay.
Enjoy the most beautiful views: The unique panorama of Lake Constance, from the Pfänder mountain across Lindau Island to the Swiss Säntis massif, is unparalleled. Surrounded by protected, undeveloped slopes and a well-established neighborhood, Villa Hoyerberg's secluded location offers peace and tranquility – not in the thick of things, yet still close to everything.
The apartment features parquet and tiled floors, making it suitable for allergy sufferers. A TV, stereo system, and DVD player are provided in the living room, and there is an additional TV in the bedroom. The spacious kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and ample dishes, invites you to cook and eat together. Parking, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are provided free of charge. You are also welcome to store your bicycles. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
Please note that the apartment will be inspected before and after your arrival. The apartment must be left clean and tidy, and we explicitly state that it is a non-smoking property. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges (see our Terms and Conditions).
