"Lovely staff. Nice room with daily cleaning if requested. Huge breakfast buffet although a bit pricey at 15 pounds each. Only complaint was very poor elevator service. One was down and the second just crawled along. Small too as only a few people at a time could fit in."

"the hotel was good but I have issue with the fact that we arrived at 9.00 am and did not get our room until 3.00. I realize rooms have to be cleaned etc but please make accommodation for those international visitors who have travelled all night"

"A clean and modern hotel within easy reach of Princes Street and many restaurants. Some of the staff were friendly and kind, others appeared disinterested. Having more staff available at reception would improve the experience and reduce queues. The room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was large and comfortable - great nights sleep. Breakfast was ok- hot and cold options available but again could have benefited from more staff to help replenish food and drinks. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."
