  • This beautifully renovated apartment is located in one of Linz’s most popular residential neighborhoods, Auberg.

    The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines directly into the apartment from the east, and in the evening from the west. It’s always bright.

    It’s a 5-minute walk to the tram stop and a small shopping center. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and just a few minutes away from Linz’s most beautiful spots.
