WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! We arrived around 12:40am (check-in available until 1am) after a late flight and delays at passport control. The self check-in was unclear—stressful in a new country so late. We messaged via WhatsApp to confirm our room number, and they replied quickly.
But the room was filthy. The bed was clearly used, linens unchanged, trash overflowing, dirty dishes out. We messaged again and were pushed into a chatbot loop saying, “this issue has been reported.” No help. No human response.
We called Expedia, who contacted the hotel—only for the hotel to hang up on them. They refused to help, saying it was “too late,” despite us contacting them before the check-in window closed.
By 2:30am, exhausted and stuck, we had to sleep in a dirty bed. It felt unsafe and disgusting. The next morning, they claimed it was a “misunderstanding” and we were in the wrong room—even though they confirmed that exact room the night before. The “correct” room was tiny. It felt like they squeezed a bed, shower, toilet, and sink into what should’ve been a storage closet.
We lost half a day of our trip trying to resolve this before moving to a new hotel just to feel comfortable. The hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality.
Do not book here. No matter how good the price may seem or how good the photos look, it is absolutely not worth the risk.
