Overall we had a good experience at this property, which was in an excellent location for sightseeing and eating out in Lisbon. One hesitation - the Expedia site says "Indoor pool", but in fact this is a small plunge pool and not what we had expected, so we only used it once. This was the only disappointing part of the facilities which we used.

We cannot rave enough about the hotel, the quality, the staff, the service, the location Everything was top class - the service right from the welcome desk to the bar. everyone was friendly, warm, helpful, hospitable We loved our stay, and even though our anniversary did not fall on the day we were at the property, the hotel staff did things for us that surpassed what we might have experienced on the actual day. Thank you , we will be sure to stay here for all our future trips to Lisbon and also recommend this to everyone.

On our recent Spain and Portugal trip we stayed at four different hotels, and this was by far the best. All locations were four stars, but this one felt like much more like a five-star property. The service was excellent and the attention to detail made it feel luxurious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning services happened promptly every day, which seems to be a rare experience nowadays. We found both the concierge and front desk staff to be very helpful. This is not to mention that the location could not be better in the Baixa neighborhood. The next time we are in Lisbon I would absolutely stay here again.

As there for 4 days with friends and was out most of the time. However, the hotel has a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean and smart looking. Room was a little on the small side for a de-lux and would have liked a separate shower. Overall I’d give it 4.5 due to the nice staff and the location.

Our room was clean and cozy. Staff were amazing. From the the check-in to their guest relations. The bar and the restaurant are both great places to go and relax and enjoy very good meals. Centrally located in the historic area of Lisbon and a 45 minute boat ride to Belem. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10.
