We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. PROS: It was in a safe neighborhood, about a 15 min walk into town, about 5 min walk from the metro. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean. Quiet room at night. There is an elevator in the property, air conditioning, a small safe in the room, parking available (did not have to use, so do not know the cost), breakfast available for €15/person (did not have). City tax was €4 euro/person/night. CONS: wish there was a small refrigerator in the room, beds and pillows were a bit too firm. But overall, would stay again!

Great Hotel with Parking!

Clean rooms, great location, on site parking, friendly staff, and an ample breakfast to start the day! All of these combined made Fenicius Charme Hotel a great choice for our stay in Lisbon.

We are family vacation

We were on a big family vacation. This hotel was a great place for us to meet and plan our days in Lisbon. The staff was great and hotel clean. The neighborhood was not the best but still safe

Excellent hotel - would stay again.

Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.

We were assigned to stay in a room next to kitchen. There were a a lot of noise very early in the morning from kitchen when they were preparing breakfast. Room is also very small. We were waken up and could not sleep. It is annoying.

The hotel is good overall being close to buses and metro station. We were able to walk into the centre in 15 to 20 minutes. Staff are helpful and rooms are pleasant. We would have liked to have a kettle in our room to make tea/coffee upon waking. There appeared to be a small bar which never seemed to be open. We tried getting a cup of tea one evening and this was not possible. The major issue we experienced was the noise coming from the outside every night that was audible even with closed double glazed doors and windows.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

We came for a short stay and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer tbh, the beds are old and in need or refurbishment they weren’t very comfortable either. Bathroom small and the shower temp was hard to get it right due to the old dials on it.
