The hotel is close to everything in Lisbon, it is clean, and has an excellent maintenance crew, the breakfast is also exceptionally good. The hotel staff is caring, and provide not just help during the hotel accommodation, but is willing to invest time and effort to make the hotel stay very pleasant; I was traveling back home on my birthday, and I was not only congratulated on my birthday by the hotel staff; the restaurant crew prepared for me a delicious treat, a small birthday cake, that made my day. AMAZING HOTEL! My wife and I were incredibly pleased with our experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, it was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Everybody in the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean, safe and perfectly located (in a safe and quiet area, yet very accessible to anything in Lisbon walking distance). We had a lovely stay at Hotel Hotel! Centrally located so we were able to walk to many different neighborhoods, and close to the Metro for longer trips. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful pool area was the perfect place to spend a hot afternoon.
