Great introduction to Portugal! Staff was helpful and friendly. Basic amenities. We found the location very walkable to local attractions. We visited on a Friday and Saturday night, so lots of city nightlife.

Lovely room (206), location good with the famous tram 28 passing just down the road. Lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity and local metro stop Baixe Chiado within easy walking distance.

Staff were lively and very helpful. Very walkable location. Our showerhead was covered in mould and there was a lot of noise from the escape room next door and the road right outside our window. No aircon but this is my fault for not checking, there was a fan in the room though. Overall it was fine and comfortable for a few days. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

It’s near a lot of shopping and attractions. It’s a nice place and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The one thing I didn’t like about the room I stayed in is that the bathroom is right next to the street and it’s uncomfortable to do anything because people can see you. Other than that everything was great. Thank you!

Pros: Nice simple and clean property with great location in the heart of Lisbon. Few cons: There is no air conditioning and the air circulation is limited. Disappointments: we took the breakfast option but realized that the breakfast was served starting 8am (all other places we stayed at in Portugal, the breakfastwas at 7am). We had tours and flights for which we had to leave at 730am. They did not want to give us a refund and committed on providing us a packed breakfast. They did that the first day and forgot to pack breakfast for us the second day. Hope they read this and give us a refund.

This property was a great find! Staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Our room was ready early so they let us check in very early which was amazing after a 7h red eye flight. We had a private bathroom room and it was very clean. The location is great and was super convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do! Would stay here again and absolutely recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay except here except for the shower which had a lot of mold. I am allergic to mold and had to purchase allergy medication because I developed hives from the mold. The staff was friendly and the location was great!

We loved everything about this property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited for our check-in time which was very convenient. The property is in an amazing neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping less than a 30 second walk. Our private room/with private washroom was located just off of a private street, so we did not have any issues with noise. Highly recommend!!

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. However, the washroom fan didn’t work well and the room felt quite humid. Location was great but there’re cockroaches in the washroom. Portugal in general felt dirty, so I think it’s somewhat normal for such type of stays.
