Everything was beautiful. Nice place to stay. walking distance to tourists areas,employees at the front desk are very friendly and they help with any questions you might have about places to go.

Stayed one night at this hotel, which is a part of a bigger hotel - the “guesthouse”part has apartments with kitchens. It does not have an elevator, and I’m not sure whether parking is available at all. The room was quite nice, with a balcony, and very clean. The area around is a typical Lisbon neighborhood, walkable and safe. The subway station is very close by, we did not have any issues taking a subway with the luggage.

The property is located in the heart of Lisbon so it's very convenient. The surroundings, although there are not dangerous or noisy, are dirty.

Room is very small but comfortable. No elevator and the stairs are a little treacherous. The immediate surrounding area isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not nice. Indentente station is very close so getting around is easy.

Great value for the price. Check-in was easy and staff was super-friendly. Room was small as we expected but perfectly fine. Only concern was that the bathroom sink and counter had hairs left on them. That was disappointing.

Comfort, clean, and well located.

The host was very accommodating with check in time. He showed us how to operate everything. The kitchen is nice and clean and the view outside over the streetscape was good. Lots of stairs to climb but Lisbon is full of stairs! Five to ten minutes walk to cafes and tram stop.

The location is convinient. easy to access train station.Our room was cosy, clean, with nice kitchen & garden. And above all Excellent service!! The receptionist, and room cleaner were very kind. They coopolate with find out my lost earring. I was impressed that. Thanks a lot. If I go to Lisbon, I would love to stay again.

Perfect stay

The apartment was perfect for our short stay before catching an early flight the next morning. The 3 of us were happy to find a spacious, clean and practical space to unwind after a cruise and get organised for our flight home. The staff were very helpful when checking in and took our luggage so we could go and explore Lisbon while our room was not available. The receptionist helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The location of the hotel was convenient to walk downtown and only a 10 minute taxi to the airport (at 4.15am). The beds were very comfortable. We were greeted with a friendly night receptionist who offered to get us a taxi to the airport. Would be happy here if we were staying for longer.

Apart from being put in an underground room, when I lay on the bed I could hear the noise and even feel the vibrations from the nearby metro train (I assume that was the cause). Would never go there again if I knew I would be put in such a room,
